MSc, PhD
Tingting is a senior researcher within the metabolomics group.
Since joining COPSAC in autumn 2022, Tingting’s research has focused on uncovering associations between metabolic profiles and childhood neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, autism) and asthma to identify potential biomarkers. She also utilizes multi-omics integration to explore underlying mechanisms in depth.
Tingting earned her MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tianjin University in 2015 and her PhD in Analytical Food Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark in 2020. Her doctoral research focused on developing analytical methods for identifying and semi-quantifying compounds through LC-HRMS untargeted screening.
After completing her PhD, she pursued a two-year postdoc at Aarhus University, where she applied machine learning approaches to human drug metabolomics in forensic data.
