Maria Hernandez Lorca
Msc, PhD
María holds a MSc in Psychology, a MSc in Neuroscience and a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain). She has research experience in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience, specifically in the topics of emotional biases in attention and conscious perception, neural correlates of endogenous and exogenous attention, and neural underpinnings of emotional regulation in older adults. She has carried out her research in Spain, Portugal and Denmark. María is currently part of the COPSYCH group at COPSAC, focusing on the impact of early life exposures on the neurodevelopment of children.
