Nicklas Brustad
MD, PhD
Nicklas Brustad received his medical degree in 2017 from the University of Southern Denmark and completed his clinical rotations the following year. In April 2018, Nicklas began his PhD project at COPSAC focusing on the effect of prenatal vitamin D intervention on several childhood health outcomes including asthma, allergies and bone mineralization. As part of his PhD, he worked for 3 months as a research fellow in the lab of Scott Weiss, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA.
In March 2021, Nicklas received his PhD degree from the University of Copenhagen and is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at COPSAC.
