Maria Hernandez Lorca
Maria studied Psychology (BA and MSc, 2009) and Neuroscience (MSc, 2012) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). Ever since earning her MSc, she has researched in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience. Her research topics include emotional biases in attention and conscious perception, neural correlates of endogenous and exogenous attention, and neural underpinnings of emotional regulation in older adults. She has carried out her research in Spain, Portugal and Denmark. Maria is currently part of the COPSYCH team at COPSAC, focusing on the impact of early life exposures on the neurodevelopment of children.
