In addition, we collaborate with a wide range of partners, both national and international, and have a rich collection of genetic, epigenetic, microbiological and immunological data. The Danish patient and other records are also included as a data layer in our studies and we participate in multiple international consortia.

We have a very strong focus on high quality throughout the data chain, from collecting samples, over clinical validation and quality assurance in databases, for analysis and final publication of results. The aggregate data material constitutes an international whole unique description of early life.
